Join Women's Voices Milwaukee

Women’s Voices Milwaukee provides a welcoming place for women to unite in the joy of singing, while striving for musical excellence in an atmosphere of mutual support and respect.  We sing to celebrate and empower women, and to build bridges of understanding throughout our communities, including but not limited to gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans-gendered women.  We sing to entertain, inspire and heal through the power of choral music.

Are you available on Tuesday evenings? In mid-January, WVM will be  preparing to sing through the spring.  Our director, Lori Gilland will be giving everyone an esteemed "title" of soprano, alto or baritone. If you love to sing, we want you to sing with us! WVM is a bunch of ladies who love to sing, working to blend our voices to make the best vocal music possible, while  having  fun with music in locations other than our showers and cars.

We rehearse every Tuesday 7-9PM at St. James Episcopal, 833 W. Wisconsin Avenue directly across from the Milwuakee Public Library.
